The staff at this boutique hotel were incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel instantly welcome. The customer service throughout our stay was excellent, with the staff always willing to help. The room we stayed in was clean and elegant, with a comfortable bed and the bonus of air conditioning. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of The Lanes, Brighton Pier, and a wide range of bars, clubs. We highly recommend the Camelford Arms pub for its fantastic food, service, and friendly atmosphere.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me. It was close to the seafront, so I could enjoy a beautiful walk every morning. Additionally, it was situated far enough from the center to avoid excessive noise, yet near enough to walk anywhere. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent. The staff was very friendly and greeted me warmly on arrival. Moreover, I was impressed with the breakfast quality, which was delicious and had a variety of options.
